Fall 2026 course review intake forms are due
Monday, July 20, 2026
To be considered for a space on the course review schedule, faculty must submit an intake by this date.

Instructors are notified
No later than Monday, August 10, 2026
Instructors will be notified no later than this date whether or not their course will be included in this semester’s review cohort.

Course reviews begin
Tuesday, September 8, 2026
The OCQ Team will send additional information to instructors with courses in the cohort.

Courses are designated
Monday, December 14, 2026
Course reviews for this semester will end. OCQ Team will send Fall 2026 designation letters to instructor(s).

Spring 2027 course review intake forms are due
Monday, November 23, 2027
To be considered for a space on the course review schedule, faculty must submit an intake by this date.

No later than Monday, December 14, 2027
Instructors will be notified no later than this date whether or not their course will be included in this semester’s review cohort.

Monday, February 8, 2027
