Meet the Team

Quality Assurance Manager

Nikki leads quality assurance initiatives for the team. As an experienced educator, she has taught learners in K–12, higher ed, and professional environments. She empowers faculty and staff to deliver high-quality online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses by building collaborative partnerships, providing professional development, and encouraging continuous improvement. She actively enhances our students’ learning experiences and advances our institution’s reputation as a leader in higher education, leveraging innovative solutions and fostering a supportive environment. When she isn’t studying, Nikki spends her free time listening to podcasts, reading, catching up on her shows, enjoying food, and going on field trips with her folks.

Leota specializes in navigating all aspects of the course review process. She brings nearly 30 years of experience teaching high school learners in the English classroom and facilitating professional development in Literacy. A deep believer in the continuous improvement model, she leverages her experience teaching a wide variety of learners in face-to-face, hybrid, and online environments to support faculty and staff in delivering high-quality courses through building collaborative relationships and providing professional development. She considers herself an “AI Explorer” and enjoys investigating how generative artificial intelligence can help educators tackle their workload and support learners in the classroom. Outside work, Leota enjoys reading, traveling, hanging out with family and friends, spoiling her dogs, and finger knitting.
